Ｑ．How long does it take to reply to my quotation?
Ａ．We reply within 12 hours. We will reply on the next business day to the requests we received outside business hours.
Ｑ．How is the translation fee?

Ｑ．What languages can you translate?
Ａ．We mainly translate English, Japanese and Sinhala.
Ｑ．Can I get a translation certificate issued?
Ａ．Yes, you can. Please let us know when you request a quotation.
Ｑ．How do you count the number of letters or words in the manuscript?
Ａ．Count by MS Word's character count function, OCR tool, and hand count.
Ｑ．How is the completed product delivered?
Ａ．Once the work completed, we deliver it by E-mail. If you wish, we can send it by post.
Ｑ．What happens to the word count if the manuscript contains English or numbers?
Ａ．For example, if the post-translation language is English, and that English words which come from the manuscript and should not change in the translation, basically are not counted. Numbers are not counted at all. However, this is only possible if we can copy them directly from the original manuscript.
Ｑ．What kind of methods are there to pay the fee?
Ａ．We accept only bank transfer at the moment.
